Digital Media FAQ'S How will I receive my designs? | All digitial items are emailed usually within 24 hours of purchase.
| | What is your refund policy? | Due to the electronic nature of the designs and their ability to be copied, we do not offer refunds.
| | How can I use the designs I purchase from My Glam Boutique? | When you purchase designs or fonts from My Glam Boutique, you are purchasing the right to use the design on items you sell. You are not permiitted to re-sell the designs themselves. See Terms and Conditions for more information.
| | I would like designs mailed to me on CD. How do I do that and what is the cost? | Email delivery is free. Shipping designs on cd is a flat fee per order (not per item). The cd is shipped first class mail by USPS within the US. Outside of the US, I preffer to send orders via Priority.
